The partnership brings together Stripe’s modern payments infrastructure and product capabilities with Pollinate’s orchestration and digital experience platform for banks. Together, the companies will support financial institutions seeking to modernise merchant services while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
Through the partnership, banks will be able to offer capabilities such as Tap to Pay, invoicing, subscription billing and ecommerce acceptance within their own digital channels orchestrated by Pollinate.
Joint engagement activity with leading US and international financial institutions is already underway.
Fiona Roach Canning, CEO of Pollinate, said:
“Banks remain uniquely positioned to serve SMB customers, but expectations around digital experience and embedded financial services are evolving rapidly. By combining Pollinate’s orchestration platform with modern payments capabilities, we can help banks accelerate innovation and deliver stronger merchant experiences for SMBs”.
Stripe joins a growing ecosystem of integrations available to banks through the Pollinate Platform. The platform already supports multiple processors and providers across merchant services, lending, and business software. Pollinate enables banks to orchestrate these capabilities within their own branded digital channels, creating a unified SMB experience.
