The partnership began with a collaborative design andplanning phase, leading to an accelerated initial release aligned with Truist'sagile practices. Truist Merchant Engage is being rolled out in phases, withclient migrations ongoing.

The platform is designed to provide SMBs with aunified digital experience—featuring real-time dashboards, intelligentonboarding, and self-service tools. These capabilities are expected to help businessowners gain comprehensive visibility across sales channels and locations, simplifyingaccess through a single, secure platform that reduces complexity andadministrative friction. The platform contextualizes transaction data toprovide actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making.
