Will Jones serves as Managing Director of Business Operations at Pollinate. He drives client service excellence programmes in support of bank merchant acquiring businesses and has accountability for transformational expense and revenue activities across the business.
Biography
He joined Pollinate from Fiserv, where he led Merchant Client Services across EMEA. Previously he led the EMEA management team at Monitise, delivering pioneering digital banking and payments services for banks and financial institutions.
Will has 30 years of banking and fintech experience as both an executive and non-executive director in private, public, and joint venture companies, including the Royal Bank of Scotland, Egg Group, Lloyds Banking Group and Abundance Investment.
He is a graduate of the University of Aberystwyth and is a fluent Welsh speaker, as well as being a self-confessed petrolhead, having been a national championship winning motor rally co-driver.
