Biography

Rory’s background in consulting allows him to draw on a range of experiences and frameworks to solve complicated client issues. In his role at Pollinate, Rory leads our discovery projects with potential clients, as well as continual improvement engagements with our existing banking partners. Rory has successfully worked with banks around the world to redefine business models, and execute operating model and technology changes in the pursuit of growth. Rory’s client list includes major banks in the UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Canada, the US, Honk Kong and Singapore.
