He has over 20 years’ experience in the security realm ranging from engineering roles, leading security operations teams, through to management consulting with global technology firms.

Biography

Jim’s expertise stems from a deep interest in technology honed through a technical background and later with exposure at a senior level to the largest global technology firms and government agencies. His experience in leading security operations provided insight into the real-life security threats global organisations face every day; knowledge which he still uses now to right-size defenses. He later created unique intelligence products at Symantec in collaboration with UK police and UK and US government agencies, to help stem the loss of data or cyber-enabled fraud at a national level.

As management consultant, Jim led large security transformation projects for several large payments firms and acted as either interim-CISO or in an advisory capacity.
