Anna has 20+ years’ experience in HR, in both Employee Relations, Change Management and Business Partnering roles.

Biography

Anna was previously Head of Employee Relations at Marks and Spencer plc. She was responsible for managing a team to deliver expert advice and guidance on key business change programmes, including closing the Defined Benefit Pension scheme, International Store Closures and Head Office Operating Model changes. She also was appointed to an external role as Chair of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Employment Policy Action Group, influencing the government on key employment issues.

Before specialising in Employee Relations, Anna was a Head of HR for several areas of Marks and Spencer, including IT and the set-up of Overseas sourcing offices.
